Nieuwe directeur-bestuurders voor Servatius en Maasvallei

[Maastricht april 2023 | Mariaberg] Sarah Klein Haneveld is vanaf 1 mei 2023 benoemd als directeur-bestuurder van Woningstichting Maasvallei Maastricht, na een jaar als interim-directeur-bestuurder. Leon Breukers is benoemd als nieuwe directeur-bestuurder van collega-corporatie Servatius, met ingang van 1 juli 2023. Beide woningcorporaties zijn actief in Mariaberg en betrokken bij herstructurerings- en nieuwbouwprojecten in de wijk.

Sarah Klein Haneveld is met ingang van 1 mei 2023 benoemd tot directeur-bestuurder van Woningstichting Maasvallei Maastricht. Sarah Klein Haneveld was al bijna een jaar interim directeur-bestuurder van Maasvallei na het vertrek van Alex Meij die wethouder werd in de gemeente Maastricht.

Klein Haneveld heeft 25 jaar ervaring in de volkshuisvesting als strategisch adviseur, interim-manager en bestuurder. Voorheen was ze lid van de RvC van Maasvallei. Afgelopen jaar heeft zij de organisatie zeer goed leren kennen en succesvol leiding gegeven aan Maasvallei, de organisatieontwikkeling, het nieuwe ondernemingsplan, het strategisch plan en de ketensamenwerking op het gebied van vastgoedonderhoud.

Bij collega-corporatie Servatius heeft de Raad van Commissarissen Leon Breukers benoemd tot nieuwe directeur-bestuurder van Servatius. Met ingang van 1 juli 2023 volgt hij Vivian Eussen en Jeroen de Wolf op die aangesteld waren als interim directeur-bestuurders binnen Servatius.

Leon heeft in diverse functies ruim 25 jaar ervaring bij de overheid/ gemeente. Momenteel is hij ruim zes jaar gemeentesecretaris/ algemeen directeur van de gemeente Peel en Maas. 

New managing directors for both Servatius and Maasvallei

[Maastricht April 2023 | Mariaberg] Sarah Klein Haneveld has been appointed as the Director-General of Woningstichting Maasvallei Maastricht, effective May 1, 2023, after serving as interim Director-General for almost a year. Leon Breukers has been appointed as the new Director-General of colleague corporation Servatius, starting from July 1, 2023. Both social housing associations are active in Mariaberg and are involved in neighborhood restructuring and new construction projects.

Sarah Klein Haneveld has been appointed managing director of Woningstichting Maasvallei Maastricht as of 1 May 2023. Sarah Klein Haneveld has already been the interim managing director of Maasvallei for almost a year, following the departure of Alex Meij, who became a councillor in the municipality of Maastricht.

Klein Haneveld has 25 years' experience in the public housing sector as a strategic consultant, interim manager and director. She was previously a member of the Supervisory Board of Maasvallei. In the past year, she has gained a thorough knowledge of the organisation and has successfully managed Maasvallei, organisational development, the new business plan, the strategic plan and chain collaboration in the field of property maintenance.

At colleague housing association Servatius, the Supervisory Board has appointed Leon Breukers as the new managing director of Servatius. With effect from July 1, 2023, he succeeds Vivian Eussen and Jeroen de Wolf who were appointed as interim managing directors at Servatius.

Leon has over 25 years of government/municipal experience in various capacities. Currently he has been municipal secretary/general manager of the municipality of Peel and Maas for over six years.
